LATE BREAKING UPDATE:
Hey! I have my own group now! Cool.
http://suicidegirls.com/groups/FreeNix
If "FreeNix" doesn't ring any bells it's really Linux and BSD users basically.
Come on in and join the nerdly fun. Everyone is welcome.
---
Looking out the window wet with rain
makes it seem much darker than it is, much later than it is.
It is 2:27am though after all.
Is it that lack of rain, or wind, or snow, make the time at night less noticeable?
I am acutely aware of my domicile keeping out the cold wet rain, lightbulbs providing light against the dark.
And this little puter warps my perceptions of alone and busy quite well.
Why does the idea of being alone in an unknown place seem appealing?
A new time and place: a shack in the mountains of Idaho, an apartment in lower Manhattan, a bungalow on a Thai island...
What does it mean when you want to press the "reset" button on your life and start all over?
Random observations:
PiL had some pretty good music and my local radio station is trying to overplay them I think
Also, that latest Foo Fighters song is a shameless rip-off of a Violent Femmes song.
