Got three hours of bad sleep last night.
Looking forward to some grilled asparagus in just a few moments. Catch a little of the game tonight.

A turtle crosses a dirt road. Noisy buzzing bugs.
Sunlight punches between the leaves into the thick grass.
Flies are swatted from a face.
It is hot like summer. Sweaty face, wet shoes.
Floating down the creek.
Where is pa? Where is ma? Where is my friendly slobbering hounddog?
It will be dark soon.
Too much sweet potato pie makes you sick to the stomach.

Where did you travel in SE Asia aside from Thailand? I was there about a year ago, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, a bit of southern China. I really want to see India though. I thought Cambodia was the most chaotic and poor place I had ever seen, but I was told that India was stepped up several degrees from that.
