I just woke up from a wierd dream.

I still occasionally dream about my ex-girlfriend from almost ten years ago. This time it involved deli sandwiches and children and complicated graphs that she was explaining.
I wonder if this has any relation to another reality.

I had a cold for a few days and so I've been taking nyquil every night to conk out.
I think I'm building up tolerance or something.
Just before bed I had a steak with lots of zuchinni sauted in olive oil, garlic and cayenne.

On another random note: I've cut out coffee for the last two weeks. The first few days were very rough, but already by now I can walk by the coffee pot without total craving.

I've been trying out the green tea and yerba mate and starting to like it more.

Yet another random note: I saw Lost in Translation finally. A good movie. I lived in Japan once so it brought back lots of memories. I don't know how it is for other people, if the spectacle of Tokyo is what makes it interesting.
