i got my stitches out today and i feel so much better!
just last night i thought there was no way it was healed enough to even take them out because it was still hurting so much, and now i am hardly noticing it. i can't believe how much pain was caused by just those little pieces of string. they looked so innocent laying on the tray.
not that i'm planning on tying my shoes anytime soon. lets not go crazy here.

Want to hear a funny story abut stitches?
Good, when I was five I split my head open 3 different times. (Yeah I know, explains a lot) Two of these incidents happened within a week of each other. At the second of these incidents the doctor at the emergency room tells my mom, "Ma'am, these stitches are not ready to come out yet." My mom replied, "I know, he needs new ones over there." (points to bleeding head wound)
