A bit of good news today...my cat ate a little bit and can't seem to get enough water. He even got up and walked around for a few minutes. Maybe he is improving, Saturday is the dreaded visit to the vet. *sigh* What else could go wrong? I have been up all night cooking for a stupid "pot luck" dinner at work. We all have to bring food to celebrate DIVERSITY DAY! WOO HOO! (sarcasm). I think the worst part of the whole thing is the money they wasted on making all of us t-shirts we have to wear that say, "Diversity + Vision = Success". I understand the sentiment behind the whole thing...but I think we would have all been happier if they put the money they spent on the whole thing into our quarterly bonus. I know I would have. What a waste, they bought about 30 giant flags from different nations, countless tacky decorations all over the building, and made t-shirts for all 800 of us. Sorry to go on a rant...just had to get it out. I feel better now. Off to stir the pot, and then try to grab some z's. xoxoxo
