So, last night I got to do something I've been waiting years to do. I got to see Thursday live. They have been one of my favourite bands for quite a while and they put on a fantastic live show. I was also lucky enough to meet a couple of guys from the band at the merch table and get their autographs. Geoff, the lead singer, was extremely nice and tolerated my fanboyness with a big smile.

So far today I've written a (mediocre) article for the Newswire, scheduled an appointment with a doctor (which I've been putting off for about eight years now...) and now I'm going to look for a new job. Productivity!

Now I have to get back to arguing about politics with my friends. I'm extremely disappointed with some of them right now. There's so much shortsightedness going around...
