I need to take heed of this quote, I've gotten away from what what I have done on myself to get this far.I've become my father which I swore to myself I would not become. Starting today I get back on track and take heed of the quote "Always do your best". That way I won't slip don't my rabbit hole of self-abuse and self destruction.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend, the weather has been hot but gorgeous here! I've haven't been able to get out and enjoy it because of a Celiac fare-up, but I'm on the road to recovery and soon will be my annoying self! haha
