Dont ya think most of the jokes didnt cross over (BRIT to USA)? well concidering i'm canadian and i think are comady is closer to britsh then american, i don't think it would be hard to cross over, defently in the states though, they wouldn't get it. Besides you did really need to read the book to understand the movie in its entirity.
