Ok this is for you whitewidow 
Well it really has been a tough week for me.
Ive worked 6 days in a row, had a 7 couse wine dinner for 45 people, and had two full seatings on Friday and Saturday.
To elaborate a bit more to make this journal abit longer. I started my week by only having 1 day off on monday where I did nothing at all. Tueday was menu planning/prep day for wensdays wine dinner. I do admit this menu was pretty good. The style was Food and wines from around the world (Canada, France, S.Africa, Spain, and California Ill add a pic later). I ended up working 12 to 1am that day, Wensday was wine dinner day and half the main couses wernt done so from 11am till 6pm I was runing around getting it done and my sous showed up late cause he felt like it and all he had to do was some Veg prep. I got out of the wine dinner at 12 so that was 2 13 hour days.
