Ok Its about time I update this shit...

Well lets see, Again I got my heart riped out by a long time crush who oddly enough still has a crush on me but dosent want to date me. (I know sounds odd but very true).

Ive worked 116.5 hours in the last two weeks just so that the owner of my restaurant can have a soical life. (WHAT ABOUT ME????)

It was weird yesterday I had this old lady come in and have a NY steak well done but not dry and not burnt and when she got it she complained that it was Grilled, Oddly cause it says on the menu "Off the Grill" but she wanted it pan seared! well she never told me that so I do it the way Im supposed too cook it. Well even tho she bitched about the grill makrs that are giving her cancer she ate the whole thing and said it was ok. She also said I needed diffrent veg (at my resaurant veg is seasonal) but she wanted veg that was out of season. I just hate shit like that!

Well what you think we should do with this lady???

Tell that snob what I tell (or want to tell) my customers when they think they can give me a hard time.... "Hey lady, you don't like our way of cooking? There is a Jack n the Box on the corner, bon appetite!"


p.s. How old is your oldest chefs jacket and how grubby is it?
