In regards to diet.... I got rid of all cheese and replaced w/ almond or rice cheese (at least 100 calories less a serving) all carbs are wheats, brown rice etc (high fiber). sandwiches of cucmber and lettuce/tomato etc w/hummus and not mayo. I eat 5-6 times a day, 150-300 calories each time. snacks = carrots, grapes, no sugar added apple sauce, rye crips w/ hummus etc. really, I eat ALL Bloody day long... seems like continuously, but, by the end of the day, only ~1050 calories consumed, which means I get a small glass of red wine
