Started lifting weights again today. I'm so out of shape from being lazy all winter. I hate winter. I'm cold all the time. When I visited Cambodia last October I felt great for once. I loved the heat and humidity. And the food! Oh my god, I still haven't recovered from how good the food was. I crave it all the time.
I have to stick to the weights. They're good for me, good for my bones, and the quickest way to body shape that I know. If only breasts had muscles.
