Wake up tired, tired during the day, tired in the evening. In what could be described as a "draining day" yet not really done much.
Because 20mg makes a big difference.
Im now in the process of swapping what meds im on, basic idea is im low on serotonin and thats causing the issues im have slammed in to a brick wall of getting on top of, however I have had to spend the last 7 days getting off fluxotine going from 40 to 20mg. And wednesday to Friday I was fine. Then the weekend came and wow, it has not been easy. I still went work and got on with things but I was too beat in the morning go for a CBT session, and ive just felt on edge all day. And drained. So taking some stuff from my CBT sessions before im doing stuff I enjoy, namely motorsport on (some 2015 btcc and now live indy 500 practice) and time to post here.
On non brain failing stuff loved the new Raie set, she is amazing and love the blue hair look, (Katerine suicide is awesome and didnt know she was a SG until later on just loved her Pyrohex act with Cervana Fox and gang) but its interesting how things have changed. The premise of the sight was to highlight the beauty of girls outside the mainstream and how Tattood models were not shown committing career suicide (hence SG of course!) but that has changed to a point. You do see a lot more girls with Tattoos out there, and its great, and more of it in the future hopefully. Though I was about to go off on one about the current world but ill save that for later...
