Good news/ bad news
Good news I have lost a bunch of weight bad news I injured my knee ice skating. Went to turn into a turn and hit a rivet and my skate stayed in the rivet and rest moved. I have friend that is a ortropod and took a look at it and said it was a strain and to stay off it for week or two. So I will. It has been a week and I'm already really missing running. It is feeling better. So to offset lack of exercise I cut back on more food. lower my calorie count by 500 points so went 2000 to 1500. Witch is two less sodas. I good with that. Eleven pounds from first goal weight. twenty one from the final weight. I got this!
I am also planing a trip to up sate PA to go camping. I need something to look forward to and this is just right. i need a new sleeping bag and some other odds and ends but some time in nature is needed. That is all for now.
