i also failed to mention...a few feet from the scene of the accident, a machete and crack pipe were found... the other driver claimed the machete...said he didn't know about the pipe... he basically just gave himself up about the pipe...

the guy that hit me is facing 6 charges.
count 1: operating vehicle with SCH I controlled substance in body. class C midemeanor
count 2: operating a vehicle while intoxicated. class C misdemeanor
count 3 & 4: causing serious bodily injury while operating vehicle. class D felonies
count 5: operating vehicle while intoxicated-passenger under 18 yrs of age. class D felony
count 6: reckless driving. class B misdemeanor
he appeared in court...bond set at 15,000 but only has to come up with 10%.

awwwwww..... divorce sucks... you should not get married too young..,. I got married at 18, to divorce 5 years later, and I never got married after, and never will again...
take care of your body and heart little one, you are strong and will go through this!!!!! Hang on!
