Every time I like a girl she either doesn't like me or something comes up. Something came up, and it's something entirely reasonable and rational and justifiable and totally on point, and it sucks. It sucks like pumping facilities of the trans-Alaska petrolium pipeline.
I know another girl will come along, sooner or later. I know everyone goes through this a lot. It's still disheartening. Disappointing. Demoralizing. Disenchanting.
I suppose it's too my credit that I'm still on fairly good terms with almost every girl I've ever had anything resembling a relationship with. I do tend to pick girls I actually like.
Piss. Well, I'm still friends with this girl. Hopefully she'll find herself in a more comfortable spot and be interested in pursuing a relationship sooner than later. Otherwise it's back to my three month average period between relationships. Woo hoo.
