You know, if it weren't for the constant struggle of wondering what's coming next, and who's up to what, I'd probably be bored out of my mind...
I found out for the next 6 - whatever months, we'll be on an irregular shift. Hopefully less than that for me, a promotion and a transfer, probably more money in it, which is good, cuz I also found out what that funny noise my car was making was. When I lost heat, power steering, and my car started overheating on the way to work the other night, some guys and I took a look under the hood. I'm hoping the damage is less than $300. We coulda fixed it at work, but we didn't have time. So when that's resolved, I'm not sure what the next crisis will be...so till then I'll try to keep my chin low, my guard up, and my eyes peeled....
