I don't know if others are so inclined, but I tend to try to keep an eye out for "signs" in my life. I know it helps to keep abreast of things so opportunities are more so "opportunities" than "surprises". Difference being a more calculated reaction. Vulture, opportunist, whatever. Like the Wu said - swordfights and chess. Anyways, point being, right now I'm working on a potentially big opportunity. I'm actually doing this right now to give my brain and ears time to decompress. This month I spent half of it laid up from work with a sore back- cuz I'm a big girl. There's a reason it's called PAIN!!! So I have 2 days left for my submissions, and I was supposed to work the next 2 nights...I got called off tonight. So, here we go. Luck of the Irish or just knowing how to react? Either way, I guess my lineage is to thank. Here's hoping everyone else is 2 steps ahead of the game...especially Lurch Brady.
