HEY boy and girls i put in this blog my favourite cake

This is the first and i like that so much...I hope we made this cake...and reply me and tell me how is the taste.
I push the prescription in englis(translate whit google) and in italian..is my language



APPLE CAKElove

Ingredients:puke
80 g butter
1 hg sugar
1.5 gr of flour
2 eggs
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 / 2 baking powder vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 cup milk
4 golden apples

Preparation:
Place butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well until no lumps presenting more (so less effort if the butter is at room temperature, should not be melted).
Add two egg yolks, flour, milk and grated lemon rind.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the egg whites until stiff dough by turning (from bottom to top).
Add half a bag of vanilla baking powder sieve with a sieve.
Place the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan and ricropire everything with apple slices cut end making them almost completely sunk.
Once the dough is completely filled with slices of apples, sprinkle with a handful of sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in oven (preferably ventilated) preheated to 180 degrees
Cool in pan.
Good to eat the next day.


RICETTA IN ITALIANO

TORTA DI MELElove

Ingredienti:puke
80 gr di burro
1 hg di zucchero
1,5 hg di farina
2 uova
1 scorza di limone grattuggiata
1/2 bustina di lievito vanigliato
1 pizzico di sale
1 bicchiere di latte
4 mele golden

Preparazione:
Disporre in una terrina burro e zucchero e amalgamare bene sino a che non si presentanto pi grumi ( si fa meno fatica se il burro a temperatura ambiente, non deve per essere fuso ).
Aggiungere due tuorli duovo, la farina, il latte e la scorza di limone grattuggiato.
Montare a parte gli albumi delle uova con un pizzico di sale.
Incorporare gli albumi montati a neve allimpasto con movimento rotatorio ( dal basso verso lalto ).
Aggiungere mezza bustina di lievito vanigliato setacciandolo con un colino.
Disporre il composto in una teglia precedentemente imburrata e infarinata e ricropire il tutto con spicchi di mela tagliati fine facendoli affondare quasi completamente.
Una volta riempito completamente limpasto con gli spicchi delle mele, spolverare con una manciata di zucchero semolato.
Infornare per 45/50 minuti in forno ( preferibilmente ventilato ) preriscaldato a 180 gradi
Lasciare raffreddare in teglia.
Ottima da consumare il giorno dopo.
