Yes! I have been hired at another spa and the owner seems to be more on the same level as myself than at the medical spa I have been working at. I get to make my own hours which will help when I try to go back to school. I'm going to get to do waxing again which I have always thought was fun. Everyone thinks it's because I enjoy causing people pain but that is not the case. It's very rewarding to have someone come in with tons of hair and have them leave nice and clean and smooth. I have to admit though, it is kind of funny seeing people cringe and squirm! I once had a girl quife(I have no idea how to spell that) while I was giving her a Brazilian wax. It was so hard not to laugh! I think I'll have more kooky clients at this place too, becuase it's not as high end as my current location. I love meeting wacky people.

I can't stand my job and all its crooked office politics.
But the benefits are really good....so therefore i feel a little trapped.
Plus the pay is pretty decent.
But for all the stress involved, sometimes i'm not sure its worth it.
Hope california is treating you well.
