-But anyway, the whole thign might not go down for a while now, it seems. The real answer is, if it were to go down, on say, this september 1st, would you be able to swing the rent for a whole year? because we're looking to find 3 people to commit to the whole lease. Not wanting to have to find someone to replace anyone else in the middle of it. I guess you could call it anxious, it's more of a curiosiy, becasue you were saying how expensive the pomona is, and it's a fraction of what OPP would be.
