Hello depraved darlings. Your favorite misanthrope has been a busy one avoiding the bustle of yule tide, she was found recently screaming at red green and white lights swigging straight from the bottle spreading her own version of holiday cheer, curses and obscenities galore. A lady must do something to pass the time, am I wrong?

And what of my other endeavors as of late, you ask? My Gemini little soul has been working overtime, hiding at home just like usual in the company of cartoons and video games and running rampant through the streets in shirts cut way too low. The to do lists keep getting larger, still need to storyboard projects that have danced around in my brains for too long, still need to plant a graveyard and move the coffin about, always need to paint the face and leer at the cameras. I am still terribly excited about my little home improvement project, the caretaker of my house has bent to my will and pulled up all the pretty little flowers and replaced them with bramble and thorns.

For now, this lady lazarus must run, cheers to all you Christmas Corpses out there.

As Christmas nears and the Solstice hovers, I randomly found a cheap, plastic decoration at my doorstep: a gargoyle holding the inscription from the gates of hell. I took the pliers and blowtorch to all my local Portland friends, and none fessed up, so I must presume it was Santa. Who knows? Maybe the Immortal One favors the Goth in all of us.

A Christmas book suggestion gift for Fractal: Check out 'Blood Meridian' by Cormac McCarthy, if you haven't already. It's a cheery read. Seems up your alley.
