Tonight is my night off. They have changed my work days to Friday thru Monday. This change was made, because I am now the bar manager. Yay!.....I think. It's really just a whole lot more responsibility, and a title, and no extra pay. How the hell did I let that part slip by? Well, I can't complain too much, because I am a partner of the parent company, so as the club makes money, I make money there.
So, anyhow I have a couple of nights off before I go back in on Friday, so I can get a lot of my computer work done for zlab. God, I have fallen so behind. The company's website is screwed up. My fault, I wrote the original site in Php, a while back. Well I recently upgraded our servers php, and it seems that with the newer version, some of my code has been depreciated, so the site is broken. But I am about to bring up a new site, so instead of fixing it, I'm just going to upload a “new site coming soon” and concentrate on the new one.
One of the guys that helps out with a lot of our graphic design, maybe familiar to Houstonians, Naika. He does the Havok event on Sundays at Encounters. He keeps wanting me to come out, but unfortunately I'm always working on Sundays. As a matter of fact we talked quite a bit about this site, and the girls on it.
Earlier tonight we had a latino band rehersing, but luckily now there is a rock band practicing, and I'm finding it a lot easier to concentrate. Well, gotta get back to work.
