Today's words from my fridge:

Moose filth got head like chocolate bazookas.

Lucky moose filth.

biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin

Yes, folks, four cheesy grins represents a loss of 4lbs. There is 4lbs less fpkk than there was this time last week (as the underground train rumbled toward King's Cross). Why?

Well you can blame CreamyGoodness who's camera of truth showed me just how tubby I had become working behind a desk for 18 months. Don't get me wrong the pussycat has never been a sinewy svelte pussycat but he was once cuddly rather than just fat.

I am reclaiming my cuddly status in sweat and dieting. I am, of course, expecting a lot less of a reduction this time next week as my initial burn weight loss plateaus. It's very unusual, I used to exercise as part of my daily routine back when I was an actor but I've never really gone out of my way to exercise, despite a brief time in Jiu Jitsu class (it was the backward roll that finally put paid to that. Not with my shoulders mate).

Anyway 18st 7lbs sounds a hell of a lot better than 18st 11lbs. 17st 7 lbs would sound better still and possibly 17st is in the realms of fantasy.

Yours sweatily,

The One Who's Not As Lucky As Moose Filth

It would be the simplest answer. And I am a simple person. So either it's going to be logical and be simple like me, or it's going to go the other way and be complicated to counterbalance my simplicity. confused

I like the idea of chocolate bazookas.

biggrin I'm sometimes a worrier. I also worry about worrying too much. But then sometimes I'm sensible and don't worry about the things that I have no control over.
