I haven't been updating or keeping up 'cause there's a lot of developments in my life right now. Last weekend I was in my first wedding. Being a groomsman has got to be one of the best duties in a wedding. We show up, take some pictures, drink, dance, make our buddy feel special, hit on the bride's sister, eat, stand in a row...I mean we don't have any real role other than moral support and making the thing a fun fucking time. I have to say I was deemed "best groomsman" by several guests. I'm proud of that, but really I felt best because I introduced the lovely couple. Abigail I worked with for 2 years at a restaurant and Lee I just knew. I basically forced him to talk to her. "Lee, get out of this car, go back to that party and get that girl." At the corner he jumped out and ran back. That was over 2 years ago and the rest...

Also, I wrote a letter to a great Chef out in Manhattan, and hey, well she called me right away. I'm now flying out there to meet her and trail her to make sure we are a match and that I want to uproot and do this. I have a place already lined up in Clinton Hill (Brooklyn) so mofo's here I come. Got to sell my car, get my house rented out and several other annoying and trivial things that will amount to me moving to NY. So...in all, happy days, but strenuous ones.
