here at work, post Kansas City interview, 6 people, 20 minutes a piece, oh did I mention they drove around the city, I didn't even get to see the goddamned sky line, maybe KC was having a rough day, pre menstraul acne er sumthin, anyway, they moved into a brand new building with great design, new equipment and everything, but who wants to work in big food?? no thanks, biggest food ingredients company in the world or not, or a 50% raise couldn't drag me to the middle of the bible friggin belt of white ass america, fuck it I'm moving to Chicago in August to work for less but be infinitely happier and possibly land a job at Blackbird, pretentious food here I come...again, and hopefully again, you'd be surprised but men CAN come many many times!!

"dick wade" so much testosterone and semen spewed into the envirionment at male gatherings that men often find themselves "wadding" through it to prove their point.
i've been out for about three years, and i have to say, i feel lucky, i got out right before shit hit the fan. i never had it too rough, in fact, i miss certian parts of it very much.

pretentious food.
its driven me nuts. I cant do it sometimes. all that work, and for what.
I need to be in an open kitchen again. where people can see what Im doing, and I can see where the food is going.
working in a hotel sucks. working in a 4 diamond hotel SUCKS because you dont know what the hell is going on in the dining room. I cant believe people are paying those prices. wtf.
