Worked all day yesterday, went home and banged out some yard work. The impending rain storm was swooping in. I needed to get this fucking dirt tilled and seeded. After 2 hours my forearms pulsed and ached. Neighbors were "humphing" in their homes. The rain blew around us, and I was finished with just enough time to return the tiller, the truck, and meet some friends for the meal that didn't get prepared 'cause it was too late and I was too fucking tired. Went to bed dazed and dirty.

i'm actually kinda enjoying dressing up for work. it's cool to have super businessy clothes on, and still keep all my piercings in, and keep my hair all crazy. what do you do for a living?

Oregon public universities are weird like that. We don't start classes until Oct 1st or so, so then we don't get out until the first or second week of June. All of my friends in private college or at schools in other states are out. It sucks, but oh well. I'll be loving it in late August when they all have to go back and I get to keep working. Woo.
