Shame on me for not updateing sooner. I was at the Chicago show and it was pretty okay. (I've seen other burlesque shows that I was more impressed with that were a lot cheaper.) What I really missed was the shadow stripping, if you haven't seen this it is among the sexier things ever invented. I like burlesques that are more like a variety show. There are some comedians, some dancing, some singing, teasing, etc. Don't get me wrong, we saw some really hot girls take off their clothes to some really loud music....but that's about it. But, that Japanese chick band was awesome. I was mezmerised by their cuteness. The bass player had this little pixy haircut, she kept bopping her head and cheesing big to accentuate her playing, the guitarist had huge mod hair on this little Japanese frame and a cute little voice. She would get crazy eyes while singing and banging on her guitar.

The whole thing was a good part of my weekend in the city with Orangeboy and Chiken. Much Whiskey was had as was a lot of body talk, what is it with us guys, we can't help but comment on every little angel that crosses our path. eh, well...now I'm back at work and really just looking forward to a trip to Reno with my lady. "going to a wedding, and we're gonna go gambling...going to a wedding and we're gonna get traaaasshy" it will be good time, but until then GO SOX!!! fuck up some 'stros!!!
