Whew! Awesome weekend!
Maine was beautiful, and Poochie's family was really cool. I liked them a lot. I didn't have reception on my phone where we were staying, but Saturday night she and I went to a bar with her older sister. As soon as we drove into town, my phone started buzzing with texts I had been getting all day. One was a mass text from Sabbadoo, telling that his girlfriend's water had broken and they were on the way to the hospital! YAY!
Later that night, while I was outside the club getting some fresh air, my phone buzzes and it's another text from him saying that his beautiful baby boy was born. Then, AS I was reading the text, my phone buzzes again and it's a photo text from two close friends of mine that are a couple, and it was of the girlfriend's hand with an engagement ring on her finger.
I was like, "Jesus christ, people! I leave town for ONE weekend..."
