that is because bankers are complete and utter fucking morons. they have no idea what they are doing ever. i am guaranteed at least 3 "insufficiant funds" penalties a month. which is impossible, because of the money i have stored there. yet they deduct $30 for each one. they think by sending me a check at the end of the year for their fuck ups it's ok. unless you have a swiss bank account, we will continue to get the shaft. good luck getting that computer.
