So I'm training for this half-marathon in July through the SF Aids Foundation and it's pretty fun. It's weird for me to be running when I've always avoided it because of the boobs. But I got me one of these, so all is well:
I feel like I'm 82 the next day after a 4 mile run. My legs get all achy. But I hear that will pass. Are there any runners out there with advice? Does putting ice on your legs really help? At least in the knees.
