Well I feel like crap, something is going on with my health is a big way. I'm diabetic type II, and I'm also on heavy medication and have a severe mental disorder.

I've been light-headed, anxious, my teeth have been grinding, I've been psychotic and depressed, I've been manic, I've had acid in my throat.

My opinion is that a doctor will only be able to treat various symptoms and will generally fuck things up worse, and that basically, I am fucked.
I am going to make an effort to exercise and eat right, and other than that, I think taking pills is generally a crap shoot and so anyway...

One possible solution is to go get some alcohol and take the edge off, but I think actually that I'll just hang out. Although I'm hungry. Not sure if I'm hungry because my sugar is low or if it's high.

Maybe a cup of hot chocolate.
