hello hello
I have not updated my journal in ages. I have not really been on suicide girls much for ages, except occasionally stopping by the boards. Sigh. So, school starts in less than a month, and I will official begin my term as a grad student. I'm still a little put off by the whole graduating and not being on of the young ones anymore. Life just seems to zoom by.
On the other hand, this past weekend was vancouver pride, and that was great. I didn't party at all this Pride, which was a big change for me. I actually got to enjoy the parade and the sun instead feeling ill from lack of sleep and...er...other things. All the Vancouver universities and colleges went as one contingent. Our theme was academic stereotypes, so I decided to go as "your secret fantasy about your TA." Which meant geeky seventies pants, a tie, my oh so intellectual glasses, and nothing else. I got lots of attention, and a cute hippy girl in a crochet rainbow halter top and rainbow wings complimented my breasts

I may be gone soon. My account is cancelled as of the 24th, and I haven't decided whether to reinstate it or not. The plethora of messages that I've gotten recently from people who recognize my name and want to talk theory might convince me to stay. Ok, only two people, but it's still pretty sweet.

I was thinking of heading to school on the West Coast at some point for a B.Ed. Any recommendations?
