Well, this is an odd turn of fortune.
My old job just called me. Apparently there was a mix-up and I wasn't supposed to be laid off at all. *rolls his eyes* See, this is why having one decision maker in a business is better than having two.
So, no more unemployment line for me. Still job hunting, but I like to rely on our government as little as possible. And I still have to move, but I'll see what prospects I have.

Ah-HA! I found that 60% of the clientele that frequented Video Trader Pataskala (my store) won't come there now because I'm gone! They DID lay me off, but they're retracting it because of their need for me!
