Now then , things I hate in music . Groups that all sound alike . So many of the "metal" bands today all sound indistinguishable from one another . A sort of grunty voiced guy with his backing band who sound like they could be Nickleback . That or bands with singers who insist on switching back & forth from death metal vocals to clean & back again . Yawn . Rappers telling me how rich they are , or about their whores , or guns , or dope . Country yahoos telling me how patriotic they are . Modern country isn't even really country . It's just pop music with a steel guitar or a fiddle thrown in . Yawn again .
