So , I'm now a member of the Central PA group ! Whoo hoo ! You'll have to forgive my lack of updating here , I'm still recovering from a trip to NY last weekend . But we had a really fun time , so it's all good . Next big exciting thing to look forward to is the craft show in Lititz park in a few weeks . My mom will be visiting for that . She doesn't get out as much as she used to , but she does enjoy a good craft show . Hoping to get up to Knobles before it gets too late in the year . I'm generally not much for crowds , so I've avoided Hershey park like the plague . But we went to Knobles a couple of years ago , & I did enjoy the vibe . Very laid back with killer roller coasters .
Let's see , what else ? Been playing the new Tool to death . STILL waiting for that new Slayer disc . Also am listening to a new cd that features Corvus Corax with a small orchestra doing music based on the manuscript of the Carmina Burana . So , it's not just a weird version of Carl Orff's piece , it's something new & different all together .
Guess that's gonna be it for now . I really need to try the friendship thing on here sometime . I'm not comfortable with having too many friends . Only have 3-4 now & am in no big hurry to expand that base . But they do all live elsewhere , so I do get bored / depressed at having no one to shoot the shit with . Oh well , we'll see i guess ...
