One of my Friends, Amethyst, got her 1st SG set up today; er that is yesterday. Go & say Hi to her ...... Am I going to sit up all night browsing/tapping away at this thing? Nope. I'm going to bed.

Yesterday was a good day: got up late, no hangover, thanks to 3pints of water before & after The Ship. Then my friend Lottie (the one I have a crush on) called to ask if I wanted to 'do' lunch. We had a great 4 hours, first walking on the common then to the 'Hand in Hand' (I wish) for lunch: good food & beer, talking about silly things. I got home feeling nicely woolly-headed & promptly fell asleep for the remainder of the afternoon. I know I'm in love with her but I don't want to 'rock the boat', she's a good friend too & currently has a boyfriend. Maybe one day ....

Regardless of the windspeed elsewhere, because of some tall buildings near the end of my road the wind blows at least twice as hard there.
I just saw some wanker try to spit on the pavement. The breeze smeared it right across his face. I could hardly keep a straight face.
He knew I'd seen it.

hey, might be going back to st john tonight (friday) or tomorrow night (saturday). let me know if you'd be in, i'm calling about reservations as soon as i hear back from people. chances of getting a table on the weekend are slim, though, on this short of notice, so it's likely we'd end up in the bar just eating appetizers, as they don't serve mains in the bar. the apps are good, too, though

yeah, 40 each is a safe guess. starters and desserts are around 6-8 quid, mains between 15-25 depending. drinks, etc., of course, add up.
