Yesterday was my little sister's 25th birthday. I wanted to post some pictures of her when she was the age her son now is but I couldn't find them

I got two Battenburgs for the price of one. Double Yum!
I have a bread machine and enjoy making my own bread - or, rather, enjoy letting the machine do it all while I go out. This morning I doctored a packet of ready made bread mix by adding two teaspoons of treacle, and a generous cascade of walnuts and dried exotic fruits.
It made the yeast over-active. The bread tried to get out of the machine and was rather moist - and not very attractive to look at - but it was fucking delicious.
But when I do I will anyway.

mmm treacle..the afternoon is pulling at me, and thats all i can think of saying at the moment..
