It isn't my computer that needs more memory - it's me. I have mislaid the packet of shortbread biscuits I bought only this morning & was looking forward to scoffing whilst tapping away. mad How the hell could I lose something as important as that?
Well at least (or 'at last' even - given my usual dearth of stuff to put on here) it has given...

If you get any clues as to the whereabouts of your missing socks, please let me know. I am missing a few hundred single socks that are dearly missed by their mate, and me. They may travel with other groups of socks, not that I'm suggesting that ours are together but yours may have word on where mine may be at.

Thanks for your help in this matter.

I dread losing my parents but can barely imagine the feeling of facing it as a cold fact, sooner rather than later.

I hope what I did say was of...

Hardly any time online since last Sat. The outside world keeps interfering. Things like work. Eating. Shopping. Sleeping.

Memo to self. When using a mop bucket with spring loaded wringer the handle hits you straight in the nuts if you let go. Don't do that again eeek

Have just heard on the news that an historic bridge by Brunel has been discovered just outside Paddington station, encased within a bridge built later, & was nearly destroyed along with the bridge surrounding it. Ok so it wasn't visible, but how can you lose a bridge? .. "Hey has anyone seen our bridge? It was here last time we looked" ..

Worse, thanks for asking though smile Summer colds are the worst, yet I wish that's what I had, can't wait for summer!
