Well I am still running around 90 miles an hour.
The Maryland / Chicago trip was not bad just very draining.

Sometimes I relate very much to Fight Club. Speaking of which I am reading the book and it is very good.

My Life and My Rant...

Airport to Airport dazed conversations and the over all discomfort of cattle seating. Pretzels and coke leaving me with a severe need to brush my teeth at 30 thousand feet. Not to mention the recycled air heavy with vapors collected from the hacking, sweating, and sneezing masses lightly coating my skin and leaving me with the greasy impression that my body has been covered in some membrane that is feeding off my sweat.
Sometimes when I wake up I forget where I am. The cold impersonal motel rooms do nothing for the human spirit. If I am lucky there will be a couple next door that will fill the night with screams and the rythmatic thump of a fake mahogany headboard slamming the sheetrock to beat of their shared indiscretions. Most nights I lay there with the TV on so that the silence does not lead to memory. Memory a faded tapestry that seems to only hold true to the worst aspects of my life. Left to long with these thoughts the nightmares will surely come so what sleep I do get is spotty and more draining than no sleep at all. Insomnia is a state of being that I am very familiar with. If you have ever woken curled into the corner of a closet then you understand my state of mind sometimes.

Strung out on thick coffee and nicotine I go thru my days spewing storage lingo and resolving problems for corporate cut outs whos only claim to individuality is that they eat at some ethnic diner once or twice a week so that they can feel worldly. Most feel that their choice in operating systems has set them apart from the bleeding masses and made them somehow pivotal in the chain of events we call human evolution. There guts full of gooey Starbucks coffee they shove flaky pastries in their holes all the while wondering where I will take them for lunch or if I have brought them a t-shirt. Like a fucking t-shirt with my company name on it will solve the dilemma of their dead end lives.

We live in a world ruled by the power of me, mass worshipers at the alter of self. Human interaction shrunken to irrelevant conversations with people you will never really know and that at the first sign of true understanding separation is in order. This world is the land of ivory towers and spoiled human waste that believe that suffering and pain is something they have endured while growing up in latter day suburbia. Career college students siphoning off of society and parents because the jobs they can get do not fit their idea of what an educated personage such as themselves deserve. Tight little Ambercrombie shirts and shiny sports cars are the staple of today worn like badges of honor while the parents take out a second mortgage to pay for these modern day necessities. The so called darker half of this coin is full of little mall store Goths wearing shiny latex and brand name skirts. Children of the night who have never felt the true touch of darkness.

To be continued. Maybe.

If anyone is offended by the above. So What you will live.
