Gave my cat a bath last night so he got pretty grumpy with me. He is cute when he is grumpy. I ended up going to a bar down the street called Shuck and Jive. A little cajun place with a D.J. on sunday night. I had fun bcause some friends of mine were there otherwise it is more of a barbie wanna be hang out. Just a bunch of daddy's girls looking for pretty boy's that still live with there mom. I did meet one girl full of metal and adorned with ink so I thought the night might have hope.
Alas when I sat down to talk to her I soon realized that gerbils had more conversation and common since skills than her.
She actually used this sentence. (imagine high voice when reading.)
"Oh My God like that place is so full of posers and wanna bees"
At this piont I got up said goodbye to my friends and went home to surf the web and hang out with my cat.
Right now I am a mediator on a confrence call between a customer and a software vendor. Bla bla bla. I think my mind cannot take much more my brains are leaking.
Well I think I am gonna leave early today and go get some coffee MMmmm white mocha. Then I am gonna go home and get ready for my date.
I think I am gonna take her to the Keg. It is a steake house off of the tollway. Classy enuf to impress but not leave me broke.
I saw I-Robot yesterday and thought it was well done. I have read the book and thought the movie held true to the idea if not the story line.
