Ok its vent time.
I want to know what is wrong with having a tattoo? Ok a few tattoo's in my case.
I had more than one person walk up to me today and comment how dumb it is to get a tattoo. I tell them its art.
They would either say "all you have is logo's" or "thats not art, art is on paper or canvas" In my mind I am thinking they are missing a lot of different kinds of art (music, sculptures, glass, metal, ect.)
I don't have my portrait tattoo yet. It is in the works I should get to see the final drawing sometime next week. I wonder what they will say about that one?
One guy came up to me and said "our god doesnt want you to mark your body". WTF???? "Our god?" ummm..where to start. If you bring religion into I will go off big time. Its bad enough getting crap about my ink but then to be assumed that I believe what you do. NO F'ing way!
I dont look down on others because of their race, religion, music choice (though I do get on the artist that suck in my eyes), if you have tattoos or pierced, or body type. We are all supposed to be human right? Why cant some people see they are so ignorant they make the world worse by not opening up to other ideas. I am not saying you have to like a tattoo or a someones music choice but before you judge why not ask questions about what you don't understand? You don't have to like what that person does but at least understand not just hate.

Good news as I said before my artist is about done with the drawing of the new tattoo. I hope to see it by wed
. I can't wait to get it done. I want to get more pictures this time if he is ok with it. I know there will be a couple of breaks to get pictures anyway. He thinks its going to be about 5 hours to get it all done.
