Sometimes I need to escape and reset. It's been building up to one of those times for a while. I feel lost lately, adrift and bobbing along in no obvious direction. This weekend has gone a long way to pacify the demons, so dull the loneliness and to recharge the batteries.
A little flirting with the barmaid in the Lady Luck, a whole lot of rum and a wander in the sunshine around a beautiful historic city has been just the ticket.
Now to figure out how to find my compass, how to retread my path and find someone to stop and admire the scenery with along the way.
