Okey, yet again, its been a while, lots going on, but nothing good...imagine that!
Currentley listening to 'Ex's and Oh's' byt Atreyu....that sorta sets the scene...
Oh and just got back from an emergancy hospital appointment...ive damaged some ligaments in my shoulder...imagine that!!!!!! can hardly move it, or my neck, sleeping was a nightmare last night...kept waking up...sooooo... i got outta bed and went to the sofa sitting bolt upright at 5.45am...watching an old countdown repeat...y the hell. or more to the point WHO THE HELL watches countdown at quater to six!!!! urghhhh anyway now in work...it hurts.
Everything hurts...stupid Ex, stupid shoulder, stupid headache!
