I almost slipped through the net of my thin wisdom.
I almost questioned the chemicals of my mind.
I almost asked God "just why?"
But I held them in, those damned words.
And I gave it a couple hours.
My mother shined the wisdom upon me, like a mother should.
Her bitterness convinced me, that its not me, its her energy,
and its the distance between the earth and my feet
and its the distance between you and me.
Its the days between now and the last time
I heard friends sincerely laughing
with me.
