We are all connected all of the time. As I stand here my feet touch the inside of my shoe which is in contact with the floor. The floor that is apart of my home resting on the earth. The earth, the air, the water, every thing is connected. You are connected to me as I am connected to you. So why do we believe that we are separated by age, gender, race, religion, sex, and so on? We are all made from the same cosmic material! Difference is a construct of the brain! If you could see the full spectrum all you would see is a giant soup of energy! We are all just ingredients...
