once i get my serving dish back i am off to make another cheesecake. i have been using them as gifts for people who have been wicked cool to me. my accountant and dentist have not charged me for services they have rendered...YOU GET A CHEESECAKE. my friend and bandmate wants to feel special...YOU GET A CHEESECAKE. if my apartment managers can stop people from shooting bb guns at bottles at four o'clock in the morning and find who ever is keying my car....YOU MAY GET A CHEESECAKE IF I FEEL UP TO IT!
i enjoy baking...and cooking. since i live alone i don't get a chance to cook big complex meals but baking can be divvied out amongst the peeps. after i get over my cheesecake period i think it is on to coffeecake once i find an organic cake flour. plus i need more ramekins and serving plates...oh, to work on my kitchen to make it perfect....would mean i didn't live in an apartment...must remedy this soon.
