I finally got the call from my new employers yesterday, and after calling the branch today, I was told I am starting Monday morning. How's that for a kick in the butt to the slacker that I am. There goes all my kayaking and surfing adventures ahh well. If I start going to bed early enough, I can still get some time in the water before work at 8.30.

I've been catching up with my friend Tony all week, he's visiting from london for a month, so we have been catching up a bit, and this arvo we went to the shops and he helped me pick some new ties for work on monday.

And for the geeks out there, I put my $$ down today to pre order my copy of halo 2, and yesterday I got reamed in an 8 person multiplayer game of halo at a friends house, even my mates 13 year old sister beat the crap out of me. Though I did improve once I got used to the number of people.

If you's get lucky, I will try get a photo of me dressed for work on monday, and we can all comment on my transormation into corpo man.
