My very first solo studio apartment. 1997. Tempe, AZ. This is where I drew Kevin Smith's first 'Clerks' comic book and the first 'Grrl Scouts' mini-series for Oni. The place was basically a small little room with a closet and a bathroom. A shitty old mattress thrown on the floor for occasional sleep. Note the caller I.D. box on the art table and the rotary phone. Also, what the fuck is up with the Sailor Moon poster? Oh yea, that's right, this was during my 'rave' period. Almost forgot.
