Sonya is on the mend from whatever little bug laid her out on Friday. We're still not going to make it to church today, but she is markedly improved from yesterday. We should be able to get on our way to the Texas Hill Country on Tuesday without any problems.
Unless they come from the weather. We had our first substantial snowfall of the season yesterday, and there's somthing like a foot of snow on the ground in the backyard. The landlord's already sent a guy over to scrape our sidewalk, which is good; I don't have a scraper, in any event, and it's cold outside.
It's probably my Texas talking as I say this, but the snow is awfully pretty. I'm not sure I look forward to having more of the stuff, but it is quite pretty, what we do have.
